The Charities' Property Association (CPA) represents charities which own and manage rural and urban property as investments. The Association has over 100 members and the membership includes professional advisers to charities (surveyors, lawyers and accountants).

The Association gives members the opportunity to exchange news and information and share expertise and experiences. Where appropriate CPA responds to consultation papers on behalf of members and makes representations to Government on behalf of its members.
